Wine
The product of our tireless work and dedication is Aloft Cabernet Sauvignon. It reflects every vine we trained, every row we tended, every grape we harvested from our vineyard. Aromas of ripe blackberries, deep black currants and elegant rose petals express themselves in an earthy framework.

Howell Mountain
Each of Cold Springs’ 21 planted acres contributes to producing world-class wine. The site is significantly diverse in soil, topography, row orientation and clonal selection. The vineyard has a south- southwesterly orientation and there are over 100 feet in elevation changes between the various blocks.
