The third release from this property continues to display the mountain characteristics Marc and his family fell in love with – a terroir-driven Cabernet Sauvignon with a rich and complex structure. The 2010 Aloft includes expansive layers of ripe red and blue fruits, refined spices and brown sugar. The aromas are seamlessly emulated on the palate with subtle blueberry and mineral notes. The texture of the wine is lush and creamy with silky tannins and mouthwatering acidity. Big and balanced, it stands as well on its own as it does alongside a family meal.
